BANDUNG, Indonesia — Persib Bandung captured the BRI Super League 2025/2026 championship, becoming the first club in the modern Indonesian professional league era to win three consecutive top-flight titles.
Persib finished the season with 79 points, level with Borneo FC but ahead on the head-to-head tiebreaker. The title added another domestic honor to the club's record and highlighted a sustained period of success in Indonesian football.
Led by head coach Bojan Hodak, Persib remained one of the league's most consistent teams throughout the campaign. Strong performances in key matches helped the club stay among the title contenders before securing the championship.
The achievement marked a significant milestone in Indonesian football history, as no club in the modern professional era had previously won three consecutive league titles.
Persib's championship-winning season also secured qualification for the next edition of the AFC Champions League Two, where the club will represent Indonesia on the continental stage.
The 2025/2026 title further strengthened Persib Bandung's position among the most successful clubs in Indonesian football.
