CLEVELAND — The New York Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 121-108 on Saturday night to take a 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals.

Jalen Brunson scored 30 points to lead the Knicks, who won their 10th straight playoff game and moved within one victory of their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999, according to multiple reports. Mikal Bridges added 22 points and OG Anunoby contributed 21 as New York controlled much of the contest at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

The Knicks led for most of the game after a strong first quarter and built leads of up to 17 points. Cleveland mounted occasional rallies but could not overcome New York's balanced attack and defensive pressure.

The victory extended New York's dominance in the 2026 playoffs. The third-seeded Knicks previously defeated the Atlanta Hawks and swept the Philadelphia 76ers en route to the conference finals.

Cleveland, the fourth seed, has struggled to contain Brunson and the Knicks' perimeter play through the first three games of the series. Donovan Mitchell and the Cavaliers' offense have been unable to match New York's efficiency so far in the series.

The Knicks will look to complete the sweep in Game 4 on Monday night in Cleveland, with tipoff scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.

No further injuries were immediately reported for either team following the game. The Cavaliers will attempt to extend the series at home before it potentially returns to New York.
