LONDON — “Love Island” contestants Ellie Chadwick and Samraj Toor are set to re-enter the villa days after being dumped, a twist that has generated fresh tension among remaining islanders.
In episodes airing this week, bombshells George Knight and Yasmin Hadlow opted to send Chadwick and Toor home during a dramatic recoupling. However, at the end of the Wednesday, June 3, episode, the two received a text granting them a second chance, according to program footage aired on ITV2.
A preview clip for Thursday’s episode shows Chadwick and Toor reacting to their surprise return from a separate location. Chadwick expresses determination regarding her connection with islander Aidan Murphy, while Toor comments on confronting the islanders who voted them out.
“I can’t wait to go in there, see their faces drop,” Toor said in the clip, referencing Knight and Hadlow.
The development follows shifting romantic dynamics inside the villa. Murphy had shared multiple kisses with Chadwick prior to her departure but also expressed interest in Hadlow, telling her she was the “sexiest girl” in the villa, according to episode summaries. Following Chadwick’s initial exit, Murphy and Hadlow shared a kiss on the terrace.
Love Island airs Sundays through Fridays on ITV2 and ITVX. The series is produced by Lifted Entertainment and ITV. As of Thursday morning, ITV had not confirmed whether additional bombshells will enter the villa alongside the returning islanders.
