LAS VEGAS — Thousands of audiovisual industry professionals gathered in Las Vegas this week for InfoComm 2026, one of North America’s largest annual trade exhibitions for professional AV technology, where manufacturers, integrators, technology providers and end users are showcasing new products and discussing trends ranging from artificial intelligence to AV-over-IP networking.
The event, organized by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), opened its exhibition floor on Wednesday at the Las Vegas Convention Center and is scheduled to run through Friday. Organizers said the show brings together more than 30,000 professionals from over 90 countries and features hundreds of exhibitors displaying audio, video, collaboration and digital signage technologies.
According to AVIXA, the exhibition is focused on applied audiovisual integration, covering technologies used in corporate communications, education, entertainment venues, retail, healthcare and government facilities. The organization said this year’s program includes product demonstrations, training sessions, certification courses and industry discussions addressing the growing role of artificial intelligence and connected systems in audiovisual environments.
“InfoComm 2026 will deliver a reimagined show experience designed to help attendees explore how pro AV technologies are transforming the way we work, play, learn, and connect,” AVIXA said in a statement released ahead of the event.
Exhibitors are presenting technologies that support hybrid work environments, immersive digital experiences, advanced conferencing systems and cloud-based media management. Industry participants have also highlighted interest in open networking standards, artificial intelligence-assisted production tools and next-generation collaboration platforms. Discussions among attendees have focused on practical deployment of emerging technologies across business and public-sector settings.
The gathering follows strong attendance at the 2025 edition of InfoComm in Orlando, where organizers reported more than 30,000 verified attendees and over 800 exhibitors. AVIXA said last year's event attracted participants from nearly 100 countries, reflecting continued international interest in the professional audiovisual sector.
Industry analysts and exhibitors have pointed to growing demand for integrated communications systems, digital signage, broadcast technologies and collaboration tools as organizations invest in workplace modernization and customer engagement platforms. Organizers said the professional AV market continues to expand globally, with demand spanning enterprise, education, hospitality and live-event applications.
As of Tuesday, exhibitors were continuing product demonstrations and meetings with customers and partners. Awards programs, educational sessions and networking events are scheduled throughout the week, while organizers said final attendance and exhibitor figures for the 2026 event will be released after the exhibition concludes.
